Successful Foundations
Successful Foundations will help you plan for and make decisions around using the CDS in effective staff development, performance improvement and training programs for Direct Support Professionals and Frontline Supervisors supporting individuals with disabilities. It will help you explore how the CDS can be used to replace, supplement or compliment your current training program and human resources learner management systems. This is not a User’s Guide, but a resource to use if you are considering using the CDS.
